You can submit a return request using the following link: https://oger.returnista.com/. With just your order number and email, you can arrange everything here.

Outside of sale periods, it is also possible to return your items free of charge at one of our stores. During sale periods, in-store returns are unfortunately not possible, as we work with an external fulfillment center during this time. Returns are then handled exclusively via Returnista.
