Can I exchange my purchase in-store?
Yes, you can. In our stores, you can exchange items for a different size or color, as long as the product is unwashed, unworn, and in its original condition.
Are there any exceptions to returns?
Yes: diffusers, perfumes, underwear and socks (once the seal is broken), worn or used items, and altered or made-to-measure products cannot be returned.
