You will get your money back the same way you paid. Did you pay with iDeal? Then you can expect the purchase amount on the same bank account. If you paid by credit card, we will transfer the purchase amount back to your credit card. We use the statutory period of 14 days to refund the amount. These 14 days start from the moment you register the return. In most cases, the refund will be made within a few days of receipt.
