In the Netherlands and Belgium, our average delivery time is approximately 1 to 4 working days after placing your order.

During the Sale/Outlet period, delivery time may increase to 2 to 7 working days, due to higher demand and the fact that we source items from multiple stores.

How does our order process work?

• Once you place an order, it is registered in our system.

• We first check if the items are available in our central warehouse.

• If not, we will check the stock in our stores to fulfill your order. In that case, items are first sent to our headquarters before being shipped to you.

• As soon as all items are collected, your parcel is prepared for shipment and you will automatically receive a Track & Trace code from PostNL.

This way, we ensure you receive the right items with the care and quality you expect from OGÉR, even during busy periods.
