This is very annoying. The delivery driver will take the package directly to the nearest parcel location which you will of course be notified of. You can see where your package was delivered on the bill left by the delivery service! Did you not receive a bill? If so, please contact our Customer Success Team by phone at 085 - 30 34 636 or by email [email protected]. We will connect directly with the delivery service to check the status of your package.
